How we look after your details

What we collect

When you book an appointment we ask for your name, email address, phone number and, if you want to share them, your wedding date, how many people are coming with you, notes and the looks you would like to try.

When you send a message from the Visit page we keep your name, email, phone number if given, and your message.

Why we use it

Only to arrange and look after your appointment: to confirm it, remind you the day before, tell you about any change, and prepare the looks you asked about. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who handles it

Your details are stored in the studio’s booking system and seen only by the Egal Studio team. Confirmation messages are sent through our email provider and through WhatsApp (Meta), who process them only to deliver the message.

How long we keep it

We keep your booking history while you are a client of the studio, so we can remember your fittings and preferences. Ask us at any time and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to hello@egalstudio.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +961 71 521 603.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. One cookie remembers your latest booking in this browser so its confirmation page can show the details; it expires after 30 days.
